Use of Badges

In a bid to step up the security level at the fairground, access to the venue has been tightened, only badge holders are allowed to enter the exhibition area. Exhibitors, contractors and transportation workers must wear proper badges to enter the fairground during the move-in and move-out periods.

(2) Use of Transportation Worker Badges

In a bid to step up the security level at the fairground, access to the venue is also tightened as non-badge holders are NOT allowed to enter the exhibition area during the move-in (19 April 2009) and move-out (23 April 2009) periods. Therefore, transportation workers must wear the Transportation Worker Badge to enter the fairground. Enclosed are 3 Transportation Worker Badges (valid during the move-in and move-out periods only), kindly pass them to your appointed transportation workers. Exhibitors will be fully responsible for any misuses or losses of these badges.
