Chairman
The Hong Kong Section is chaired by Mr. David Lie.
The French Section is chaired by Mr. Charles-Henri Filippi.

Members
The Sections consist of representatives of the Hong Kong and French business communities who will determine and oversee the programme of activities. The Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the French Ministry of Foreign Trade (UBIFRANCE) will be ex-officio members and provide Secretariat support;

Members will serve for two years, renewable upon expiry.

Joint Section Meetings
The Bilateral Section will meet annually (or as frequently as required) alternately in Hong Kong and France. Interim events will be organised as and when required.
